I love Dr.Bansal, but everytime I come in for appointment, and I have had 3, I am there for at least 2 hours! I understand Dr.’s get behind, 2-3 hours is not except able And there are never place to sit in the waiting room.

Well i like the way I was adressed by the receptionist they explained what paperwork i needed to fill out and the way they explained everything when they were talking my vitals and the dr. Explained everything that made it easier for me to understand so i have no regrets or complaints
